Established in 1982 by AMF Canada Limited, Mike McLeod and friends of Bill Taylor, this award was the first award in University of Guelph history to recognize student-athletes. Selection will be based on demonstrated athletic and leadership qualities
Student-athletes registered in any degree program who are current members of a Gryphon varsity team and who have achieved a minimum 70% average or equivalent during the previous academic year as a student-athlete.
