Inspired by Theresa Firestone, FACS '78, and funded by the Harshman Fellowships Society and Pfizer Canada Inc. Students may apply on their own or be recommended by other students, faculty members or administrators from non-profit organizations. Apply by May 15 to the CSAHS Awards Committee at csahs.awards@uoguelph.ca with a one-page summary letter outlining the student's volunteer experience and what has been gained or learned from this experience that has enhanced their personal growth and/or career goals. Selection will be based on the meaningful impact of the volunteer experiences on the student and their personal growth and/or career goals.
Full-time students registered in any program offered by the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences who have completed a minimum of 15.0 credits.
