This scholarship is named in honour of Professor Dixon More, for his long-term and substantial contributions to the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. The recipients will be selected on the basis of a highest cumulative average in a minimum of 4.0 credits from semesters 5 and 6. A student may be considered for this award once only.This award is not tenable with the R.C. Moffatt Memorial Scholarship in Mathematical Science (I0536). Application is not required.
Students who have completed a minimum of 14.0 credits, but no more than 19. 5 credits and are registered in a major offered by the Department of Mathematics & Statistics.
