Apply by May 15 to the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition Undergraduate Awards Committee at bascprog@uoguelph.ca, including the Department Application Form and a one-page letter outlining their community related extra-curricular volunteer activities. Selection will be based on the most significant contribution to community as demonstrated through extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities. In the event of a tie, the student with the highest cumulative average will be selected.
Students registered in the Child, Youth and Family (CYF) or Child Studies (CSTU) major in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition who have completed a minimum of 5.0 credits with demonstrated extra-curricular activity and community involvement.
