The Daran and Bart Dziarski Scholarship was established by the Dziarskis to give back to the University of Guelph and its students. Bart Dziarski came to Canada as an immigrant, and knows the difficulty arriving to a new country, not speaking the language, and starting a new life. The scholarship is set up to help individuals who are the first in their family to attend post secondary education, succeed in their goals. Bart also believes that the Management Economics and Finance major, is an excellent program that provides its students with a foundation to become future leaders in their field. The Daran and Bart Dziarski International Scholarship is intended to support those future leaders. Apply by May 15 by submitting the Daran and Bart Dziarski Scholarship application. Selection will be based on the highest cumulative average.
Students registered in the Management Economics and Finance major of the B.Comm. program who have completed a maximum of 15.0 credits and who are first generation students (parents did not attend post-secondary studies, full-time or part-time, in or outside Canada at any time or in any program).
