Established by the class of O.V.C. 2008 in memory of their classmates Tammi Weekes-Lentz and Daniel Siatkowski as a gesture of their great esteem for them and for their community involvement. Selection will be based on the student veterinarian who best demonstrates a strong commitment to service through involvement with, and contributions to, the community at large. One nominating and one supporting letter must be received in the fall during the call for applications from the Dean's office.
Students who have successfully completed Phase 2 of the D.V.M. program.
