Established by Donald Alan Melton, with the assistance of the Ontario government's OSOTF program, as a memorial to his beloved wife, Peggy, and in recognition of her lifelong devotion to animals and concern for their welfare. Apply with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) to Student Financial Services, by October 7. Students will be considered for this award automatically once a N.A.F has been submitted by the deadline date. ACCESS AWARD
Students registered in the D.V.M. program and completed Phase 1 of their program with satisfactory academic performance. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards).
