The Class of OVC 1977, with the assistance of the Ontario government's OSOTF program, established this bursary following the death of a classmate (Brian Mills 1996). The class wishes that the bursary honours all their deceased classmates. Apply with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) to Student Financial Services, by October 7. Students will be considered for this award automatically once a N.A.F has been submitted by the deadline date. Selection will be based on financial need. ACCESS AWARD
Full-time students registered in the Phase 2 or Phase 3 of the D.V.M. program with demonstrated financial need. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards).
