Established by the estate of Joan Weatherly, CSS BA '82, a long-time employee of the University and Sociology graduate with a keen interest in the issues of mature female students. Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services, with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) and, if admitted as a mature female student submit the Joan Weatherly Memorial Bursary application.
Students registered in any degree program in the departments of Geography, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology & Anthropology with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to female students who were admitted as a mature student (as defined in the University of Guelph Undergraduate Calendar).
