Established by Orchard Therapy and owner Sinisa Najcler (Nino) BA, MSW, this bursary provides students a financial resource in order to better their mental health and improve quality of life. For over a decade, Nino has served Guelph and the surrounding communities through his mental health practice, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the primary treatment modality. Nino’s commitment in helping those struggling with mental illness, particularly students, has led to the creation of this bursary. “With this gift, it will provide a resource to students struggling with mental illness. A resource that they may not have otherwise had. The true investment, is the value of their bettered mental health and improved quality of life.” Apply by October 7th with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) and submit the Orchard Therapy Mental Health Bursary application. Selection will be based on financial need.
Students registered in any program and registered with Student Accessibility Services with a documented mental health disability and who have demonstrated financial need.
