Established in memory of Matt Kowalchuk by his friends and family. Matt attended the U of G from 2008-2013 and during this time developed a deep interest in philosophy. Guelph was a time of significant growth, happiness, and self-discovery for Matt who spent his short life trying to understand the meaning of life and how he fit within it. It is our hope through the establishment of this bursary we can help others have similar experiences. Apply by October 7 with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (NAF) to Student Financial Services. Selection will be based on financial need.
Students registered in the Philosophy major of the B.A. program who have completed a minimum of 10.0 credits and who have demonstrated financial need.
