Selection is based on demonstrated financial need and a keen interest in agriculture as demonstrated by extra-curricular activities and community involvement such as 4-H, Junior Farmers as well as past agricultural work experience. Preference is given to students from the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. Apply to the Ridgetown awards office by October 7 using the Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) and include a letter outlining agricultural background, work experience and community involvement.
Students registered full-time in the Associate Diploma in Agriculture or Environmental Technician program at the Ridgetown Campus who have completed a minimum of 6.0 credits with a 70% minimum cumulative average and demonstrated financial need.
