Dr. Caldwell contributed to planning education and practice through his tenure as a faculty member in Rural Planning and Development and supports the commitment to excellence by graduates of this program as they work for the betterment of rural communities in Canada and Globally. Selection will be based on the highest cumulative average.
Students who are graduating in June or have graduated in the previous winter or fall convocations from the Master of Science (MSc) program in Rural Planning and Development.
