Established by Ruth Mary Parker in memory of Mr. and Mrs. William Parker of William Parker Construction. Selection will be based on high admission average and the quality of the student’s application package. This award can be held with one other internal Engineering Graduate Scholarship.
Full-time students entering any program offered by the School of Engineering in the summer, fall or winter semester. Preference will be given to students entering a PhD program in Computer Engineering, Engineering Systems & Computing, or Mechanical Engineering and who are new to the University.
