Barham in honour of his retirement. Dr. Barham was the Dean of the College of Family and Consumer Studies (1983-1994), and retired in 1999. |

Selection is based on high academic achievement.
Full-time students entering in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition with a minimum of 80% in the last two years of study. Preference is given to doctoral candidates entering the Family Relations and Human Development program.
