Francis Tapon created this scholarship in memory of his beloved friend and companion, Robbie Buffett a Lakeland Terrier. Francis also wanted to support students that have demonstrated a keen interest in finance and investing and are in the final stages of completing their PhD. Selection will be based on the greatest academic performance as demonstrated by research performance and grades.
Full-time students registered in semesters 13-18 of a PhD program offered by the Department of Economics and Finance. Preference will be given to students registered in semesters 13-15.
