Established to honour the memory of Prof. Frank Newbould, a much respected faculty member in the Ontario Veterinary College (1956-1977). Apply as part of the application process for all OVC graduate awards in January of each year and submit a completed Financial Need Assessment Form to Student Financial Services by January 10. Full-time students in the Ontario Veterinary College who are working in the field of mastitis research, in the first instance or, in the second instance, in the broader area of microbiology with demonstrated financial need. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards).
