Election Dates and Calls for Nominations
The by-elections process will begin in August to fill vacant seats on Senate and the Board of Governors (dates listed below). A list of current vacancies and applicable nomination forms will be accessible from this webpage during nomination period.
Fall 2024 By-election Dates
Nomination Period: Monday, August 19 to Tuesday, September 17, 2024 (1:00 pm)
Voting Period: Tuesday, September 24 to Friday, September 27, 2024 (1:00 pm)
Winter 2025 Election Dates
Nomination Period: Monday, January 13 to Monday, February 10, 2025 (1:00 pm)
Voting Period: Wednesday, February 26 to Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (1:00 pm)
