Dear Convocating Graduate and Undergraduate Students: School of Environmental Design and Rural Development Convocation Reception To help you celebrate your convocation, the School will be hosting a reception in the Landscape Architecture Foyer on Thursday, June 12, 2014.  Light refreshments will be available for our graduates and their guests between 1:00 to 3:30 pm.  This is also a good opportunity to chat with classmates, faculty and staff, as well as returning books, school keys, etc.  We look forward to seeing you on June 12th.    Sincerely,

The 2014 Canadian Society of Landscape Architects Congress will be held in Ottawa at the Château Laurier Hotel from May 29th to 31st, 2014.

Networking for social and environmental change globally is the motivation for the Glocal Online Classroom.  We are four universities on four continents who have decided to build a global platform for collaboration and interchange in web-based learning, Starting in Stellenbosch, South Africa, in March, continuing in Guelph, Canada, in May, Malmö, Sweden, in September and ending at Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia, in November, we shall be carrying out a world series of seminars hosted by the participating universities.
