Borrow Outdoor Equipment from the Athletics Centre this Summer!

With summer just around the corner, it's time to prioritize your wellness, take advantage of our beautiful campus, and get outside to play! Starting June 1st, the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre is excited to offer staff and faculty the opportunity to borrow outdoor equipment for a fun-filled break during the workday. 

How does it work?

From June 1st, - August 31st, present your staff card to the front desk at the Athletics Centre and let them know you're here to sign out equipment. A staff member will guide you to the equipment lending area to sign out the item you need. To ensure fairness and availability, each person is allowed to check out one item at a time and equipment must be returned the same day it is signed out. Failure to do so will result in a charge being placed on your account.

It's important to note that checking out equipment does not grant access to the Athletics Centre facilities. This program is specifically designed for outdoor use on campus during the warmer summer months. So gather your colleagues, plan some fun activities, and enjoy the open spaces our campus has to offer!

• Frisbees
• Soccer balls
• Beach Volleyballs
• Disk Slam

Don't forget to bring your staff card when you come to sign out the equipment. The Athletics Centre is thrilled to support your Wellness@Work and provide these opportunities for staff and faculty to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and have some fun this summer.
