Kick-Off Event: Connection Feeds Protection
We’re kicking things off with an in-person session featuring a light lunch, evidence-based talk, and small group conversations to discuss how we can use our relationships at work to support psychological and physical safety. It’s a chance to step away from your workspace, connect with colleagues, and leave with practical ways to support each other through change.
Nourish to Flourish: Anti-Inflammatory Eating for Mental Health and Beyond
What you eat profoundly impacts not only your physical health but also your mood, focus, and emotional resilience. This seminar explores the powerful connection between diet, inflammation, and mental well-being. Learn how anti-inflammatory foods can support brain health, reduce stress, and promote balanced energy. You’ll gain practical insights on what to eat (and what to avoid) to nourish both body and mind—so you can thrive from the inside out.
Considering Counselling? Learn more about seeking psychotherapy
Are you considering reaching out for mental health support, and don't know where to start? Many others might be feeling the same way! Starting therapy to support your mental health can be an intimidating experience, especially if you've never done it before and don't know what to expect or who to get support from. It takes strength and vulnerability to begin the journey and reach out for support. Attend this session to learn more about what to expect from psychotherapy, who can provide it, how to find a therapist and ask any questions you might have.
Cultivating Calm and Clarity: An Evidence-Based Workshop Series for Stress Regulation (Part 1)
In today’s fast-paced world, stress is unavoidable—but how we respond to it can make all the difference. Cultivating Calm and Clarity is a two-part, evidence-based workshop series designed to help participants better understand their stress responses and learn practical strategies for navigating stress with greater awareness. Grounded in psychology and neuroscience, this interactive series explores the “why” behind stress and introduces tools to help regulate it through thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Dot Painting to Mindfulness
Experience Mindfulness Through Dot Painting - Participants are guided step by step through the calming, repetitive process of dot painting—an engaging practice that promotes focus, stress relief, and relaxation. This hands-on session provides a peaceful break from day to day activities while encouraging self-expression and presence in the moment. No experience is needed, all materials are provided, and each participant leaves with a unique piece of art they’ve created—a lasting reminder of the power of slowing down.
