Chemistry Student Clubs

Our clubs are platforms for academic collaboration, leadership development, and community engagement.

Our university offers students a unique opportunity to explore chemistry in a hands-on, engaging manner from conducting experiments in our advanced laboratories to contributing to innovative research projects.

Chemistry and Biochemistry Club

The University of Guelph Chemistry and Biochemistry Club (Chem Club) is a non-academic club that is dedicated to making chemistry fun for everyone. Whether you are a Chemistry major who spends most of your time in a lab or an English Lit major who doesn't know an Erlenmeyer flask from a volumetric flask, you're more than welcome to join. There is almost always a member around the club office during the day in MACN 106 (across from the Book Store); just pop your head in if the door is open.

Nanoscience Club

What happens when you shrink something down until it's measured in billionths of meters?  Turns out some pretty cool things! Nano Club is open to anyone (you don't have to be a Nanoscience student) who is interested exploring these phenomena and meeting others with the same interests.
