• Record of Employment (ROE) - The University of Guelph submits all ROEs electronically through Service Canada’s online services. The ROE will be issued within 5 days after the end of the pay period when an employee’s interruption of earnings occurs. If you would like to obtain a copy of your ROE, you can do this online at My Service Canada Account. From My Service Canada Account, you can view and/or print copies of ROEs on the same day the ROE is submitted.
