U of G Researchers Offer Hope for Depleting Soils

A recent Senate report highlighted concerns about the future of food production and biodiversity in Canada due to soil health issues. Despite these concerns, researchers from the University of Guelph’s Soils at Guelph are helping to advance the latest research on sustainable soil management practices.  

Led by Drs. Kari Dunfield, Laura Van Eerd, and Claudia Wagner-Riddle, the team is conducting cutting-edge research on sustainable soil management practices. The goal is to make these research findings accessible to farmers, industry stakeholders, and the public to improve soil health.
