In our laboratory, we study the osteoarthritis model. Over the past year we worked with the osteoarthritis model in sheep. We surgically induce osteoarthritis through meniscal destabilization. Here is part of our team completing surgery prep (anesthesia monitoring, IV fluids, dirty scrub, clean scrub) for one of the sheep before her procedure.
