Matthew Pavusa is digging holes to carefully place pitfall traps into the soil in a crop habitat. This research project investigates predator-prey interactions, testing the diet of predatory spiders in farms with terrestrial (crop) and aquatic systems (wetlands). This project is part of Aleksandra Dolezal's PhD with Andrew MacDougall.
