Whose beach is it anyway? Shellfish farming changes and challenges in British Columbia

In the BC shellfish aquaculture sector, some shellfish farmers use ocean beaches to grow and harden their shellfish product before they sell it to market. In some cases, shellfish farmers use plastic and metal materials that do not correspond with some people's visions of pristine nature.
