For the mass migration effort, a Research Alert will be issued to confirm that all content was migrated successfully. From there, we ask that researchers log into EthOS to check that you see your expected content.
For manual migrations (of approved applications after August 13), you will either receive a system notification or an email from the Research Ethics Office once migration is complete for each study.
The manual migration will require PIs to accept a ‘transfer’ of the legacy protocol in EthOS. It is a very quick step for which guidelines are available (as of Step 5).
