For any legacy protocol in scope for migration, the most recently approved versions of any project documentation (REB application form, CORE certificates, consent forms etc.) will be migrated. They will be visible on the legacy data form’s Documents tab and also on the page of the form itself.
You will be able to download these documents but not delete them (or add new ones) unless through an amendment process. If documents are incorrect for any reason, contact RAIMSsupport@uoguelph.ca for technical assistance.
