Join us for a creative and relaxing lunchtime event in support of United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin! Attendees will have the chance to decorate jars and frames, fill them with colourful seeds, and learn more about United Way’s impact in our community. There will also be a friendly competitionfor the best-decorated jars and frames, with a small prize for the winner! Plus, you’ll get to see live bean plants up close and learn how they grow and harvest.

Join Athletics for a Pilates Reformer Class for United Way! The Pilates Reformer is a system of springs and pulleys that creates resistance. Users can perform a wide range of exercises by using their body weight and the springs for resistance through different types of motion and in all positions (supine, prone, side lying, seated and standing). Come and try a class for a special low price with all proceeds going to the United Way. Athletics offers classes each semester and you can find more information here: https://fitandrec.gryphons.ca/.
