Curriculum and Credits

The Explore program is a 5-week intensive language course which takes place in a francophone environment. It is offered by many institutions in Ontario, Québec and other provinces. Candidates provide a list of regions/institutions where they would like to study. While they are usually placed in one of the institutions of their choice, this is not guaranteed.

The program offers courses and activities aimed at many different levels of French. Participants live in one of the campus residences or with a host family.

University of Guelph students may receive 0.5 credits for the courses they take, however the course details must be reviewed and approved by the University of Guelph.
