Engineering Student Wins Best Presentation at IGT x ImNO Joint Symposium
The IGT x ImNO Joint Symposium took place from March 5th to 6th in Toronto, where experts, researchers, and innovators in image-guided therapy (IGT) and medical imaging come together to share insights and collaborate.
At the symposium, MASc. Biomedical Engineering student Helena Kunic presented her research on ultrasound-based evaluation of stress urinary incontinence pessaries and their effects on bladder neck, bladder descent, and retrovesical angle. Supervised by Dr. Eranga Ukwatta, Helena received the Best Presentation Award for Pitch 7: Optical Imaging and Ultrasound Imaging.
