Your One-Stop Shop
Student Housing Services operates four residence service desks, one in each campus area. Desk Services are available 24/7 to students living in residence.
Visit your Residence Desk for assistance with lockouts, signing out common room keys, general information, noise complaints, pick-up of parcels, borrowing a vacuum, and more.
Your Residence Desk is Here to Help With
Your mailing address can be found on the Housing Portal. All mail sent to you needs to include your PO Box number and your full name.
All mail is received at the central Mail Room on campus, and then distributed to your Residence Desk for you to pick up, typically the following business day.
You will receive a mailbox key when you check in, so don’t forget to check your mailbox regularly for letter mail!

Essential items such as vacuums, brooms, and irons are available to sign out from the desk, free of charge.
Students also have access to a variety of items to enhance their residence experience. Study spaces and lounges are available to offer a change of scenery for study sessions or to socialize with friends. Students can borrow pool or ping pong equipment for use in available recreation spaces, or maybe a board game is more your speed! Visit your Residence Desk to find out what is available for your building.
Accidents happen! Whether you’ve forgotten your keys in your room or you’ve lost them entirely, we’re here to help.

If you notice anything in your room or community that needs attention, let us know and we'll be happy to submit a maintenance request. Requests will be prioritized and addressed promptly. For emergencies like water leaks, smoke/fire, no heat, or power loss, contact the Residence Desk immediately.
