This workshop is composed of 2 parts held on April 3 and 24, 2025, 9 am - 11 am.
This course provides busy professionals with practical AI tools to enhance their productivity and future-proof their careers. Delivered in two interactive sessions and using hands-on practice, participants will learn how to use AI for both time saving and strategic use cases.
This four-part session is being held on Monday, April 7th, Thursday, April 10th, Thursday, April 17th, and Friday, April 25th, 2025, from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm.
Essential to effective leadership is understanding that conflict is a natural part of working with others; different people have different ideas, values, beliefs and viewpoints. All leaders will inevitably need to deal with a conflict between two or more people.
This session has been rescheduled from February 12th to April 14th. This workshop's foundation is Prosci’s Leading Your Team Through Change Workshop. This workshop aims to create transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change.
Team Leaders will learn through a series of activities how to prepare themselves for change and how to lead their team through change by embodying each of Prosci’s CLARC roles.

This session will explore how to engage critically in anti-oppression and anti-racism and provide frameworks for engaging in equitable and inclusive decision-making at the University. Anti-oppressive leadership involves both critical and practical examinations of individual, interpersonal, systemic, and cultural barriers to full participation for equity-deserving groups. Applying an anti-oppressive lens to our work is essential to cultivating an inclusive campus where every individual experiences a sense of belonging.
