Online Course Registrations

Please note that as of February 1, 2024, a University of Guelph central login (username/password) is REQUIRED to access all online EHS courses offered through Courselink. If you do not currently have a UG central login, please connect with your University contact, supervisor or department administrator to arrange for one.

Online Course Registration

To register for EHS courses use the EHS Course Registration System and Training Record Database. Due to recent changes, students may have difficulty registering for EHS courses using this system.  This is a known issue and work is underway to resolve, however if you do experience any issues, please contact ehs@uoguelph.ca for registration assistance.

Following submission of your registration you will receive instructions for access to the module.

We encourage you to register in all the courses you are interested in, even those that are full.  When you register for a program that is full, you are automatically placed on the waiting list. When a space becomes available, you will receive an email confirming that you are registered. 

Your Course History

If you are already registered, my Training Profile provides a personal record of events you are enrolled in. It allows you to:

• Check and edit your profile information
• Check your current registration status
• Cancel a registration
• Print a history of your participation
• Check expiry dates of certification courses
