Congrats to our May 2024 “G” Thanks! Winner Pascale Léger from Computing & Communications Services!

In her nomination, Martha Turner wrote:

Pascale is a Project Manager for the Research Administration Information Management System (RAIMS) program. As a new employee myself (I'm in month 2!) I joined Pascale on the team and am simply blown away by her leadership and support. She is leading our team through a very challenging and aggressive set of timelines and activities but doing so with such calmness, focus, and steering us around top priorities. This gives the team the confidence and boost it needs often when we are at our most "wobbly"... the trust she has built with all of us is what will get us to the finish line as one team. She supported my own onboarding experience with all the time I needed (and still need) to understand the context and to ensure that I'm successful in my role. I have worked in IT for 25+ years and only wish I'd been able to cross paths with Pascale sooner - she is a true role model and leader and the U of G is in such good hands with her at the helm. Thank you for the opportunity to nominate her for this recognition!
