Each day, no matter our job title or position, we have an opportunity to be a leader and make a real different in client, staff and leadership satisfaction. 

Learn more about your personal form of leadership through Learning & Development's popular "Personal Leadership at Work" core program for University of Guelph staff which will be offered in February 2013.  

The program consists of two days (four ½-day sessions) in experiential workshops and seminars, plus time to complete an online inventory, reflect on the results and participate in an individual coaching session. 

Over the course of the program, you will deepen your understanding of your personal leadership, learn how to “walk the talk” of your values system, and discover your personal path to success in the workplace.
