Leave for Change is a unique program that enables employers to support international development while providing a life-changing personal and professional development opportunity for employees.
The University of Guelph was the first university in Canada to take part in Leave for Change in 2007, and since then, 63 faculty and staff have transformed their vacation time to volunteer for projects to build capacity in a developing country.
