Welcome! Our newest team member

We are thrilled to announce that Evelina Rog has joined us early this week in the role of Sr. Consultant, Learning & Development, Human Resources.

Evelina completed her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Guelph, where she focused her research on authentic leadership.  She has also served as a co-instructor in the University of Guelph's MA in Leadership & MBA programs, and has published articles on talent management, career management, and corporate volunteerism.   Evelina is passionate about developing others and is currently pursuing her coaching certification through the International Coach Federation.
