Let’s celebrate International Women's Day by helping educate and support working women about their minds! This special lecture edition will focus on the natural changes of hormones before and during Menopause. It's not just about hot flashes! The objective of this lecture is to create awareness of the natural cycle of Menopause, educate regarding identification of symptoms, connect participants to local resources, and provide tips & tricks for brain optimization during this important stage of life.

Wellness Friday- Building Working Relationships

Every time people interact, there is an opportunity to build or damage a relationship. Improving the quality of relationships in the workplace can enhance productivity and reduce conflict. This session will review three key tools that can build relationships, will provide coaching on how to use these tools effectively, and will assist participants in developing strategies to address relationship challenges. Walking Wednesdays

There are many benefits to moving your body at work!  For three Wednesdays in March, Athletics is opening up the walking track to all employees for free. No membership required!  All participants must check-in with Client Services and sign an electronic waiver to access the walking track.  Please bring your clean, indoor walking / running shoes only.    Please adhere to the posted walking track guidelines.
