Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

Conflicts stem from many different sources. Understanding when, and how, to apply a variety of different conflict resolution strategies can prevent unnecessary hardship. This session reviews strategies to defuse anger and conflict so that difficult situations in the workplace can be resolved respectfully. Facilitator: from Homewood Health Register now!

Glow in the Dark Yoga Class (Free)

Join your colleagues while promoting the health and well-being of both your body and mind. When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.   To attend this class, you must be a staff or faculty member of the University of Guelph.  You do not have to be a member of the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre. Pilates for All Fitness Levels (Free)

The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, breath, and alignment.  This well-known exercise technique helps participants gain awareness of body alignment while strengthening key core and pelvic muscles to support posture and heatlhy spinal movement. Exercises will be modified for any known injuries.
