Within this process, there are moments of beautiful transformation, grief, harvest, letting go, and space for welcoming the new. Join us for this creative workshop where we will use art to explore this metaphor of autumn, and how we can connect it to our own personal journey.

"Steps to Supporting a Colleague in Distress" is a guide for staff and faculty to equip themselves with the skills to be able to recognize signs of distress, respond, and refer to appropriate resources. This training is intended to accompany the guide to support staff and faculty in gaining confidence and equipping themselves with the skills necessary to support their colleagues who are experiencing distress.

CANCELLED: Wellness Friday: The Emotional Effects of Retirement
Planning to retire can be a source of both excitement and anxiety. Whatever the emotional response, retirement marks a transition to a new life stage and lifestyle in which daily routines, identity, and roles all change. This session will introduce participants to the emotional effects of retirement. Participants will get an opportunity to reflect on what their ideal retirement looks like and what they can do to make it happen.
