Join this short mindful moment to kick start your Monday morning and your week. Join to sit back, relax and follow along to the guided script to start your day in a positive way. All levels of experience are welcome! This mindfulness exercise will be a guided activity focused on beginnings as we set the tone for our day and our week for Be Well, Be Safe week!   Register now! 

After Work Euchre Tournament at Your On-Campus Craft Kitchen & Ale House

The After Work Euchre Tournament will take place on Tuesday, April 25 at the Craft Kitchen & Ale House on the University of Guelph campus. Join to connect with colleagues across campus and enjoy an afternoon of Euchre. Registration closes April 21st at noon. Register as an individual player and you will be randomly paired with a partner. Prizing for the top three teams will be awarded! Register through Qualtrics!

Arboretum Spring Clean-Up

About the event Join us as we celebrate Earth month by helping us clean-up the litter in the Arboretum and enjoy the beautiful weather that Spring brings! Bring a colleague or even your whole team. Individuals will be put in pairs or groups of three as we clean the Arboretum.  Gloves, pickers, and garbage bags will be provided. Volunteers are invited to join us for lunch after from 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Lunch will be provided, but is optional for volunteers. 

U of G on Tour: Guelph Turfgrass Institute

Join U of G on Tour for an exclusive tour of the Guelph Turf Grass Institute, G.M. Frost Centre and research grounds. Meet up is at 12:00 pm and the Outdoor Tour will be from 12:30-1:00 pm. Feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch as you learn about the research that applies to your backyard, local soccer field, golf course, cemetery, and park! The Guelph Turfgrass Institute has moved to a new location, so we invite you to tour the facility and take a walk outside on the research plots. Please dress for the weather. No high heels. Closed-toed shoes required.

Continue the conversation: The No Club: Putting a stop to women's dead-end work

This workshop is hosted by U of G Women, Work, and Wellness. Emmanuelle Arnaud will recap the presentation from January to continue the conversation on how to support your career goals and shift the conversation at the U of G to level the playing field. Session: Noon - 1:00 pm. The room will be available from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm to allow for socializing.
