Staff, faculty and students are invited to celebrate the launch of Healthy Workplace Month with the fifth annual U of G Campus Mile! This year, whether you are joining us on Guelph campus or from further away, we have something for you.

The Campus Food Market is back this Fall! Visit the market every Thursday in September between 12:00pm and 4:00pm to buy some fresh produce you may need. By doing so you will also be able to complete an activity in the Wellness@Work Employee Orientation Month Passport Challenge and work towards entering a draw for some amazing prizes! Prize package #3 for the passport challenge includes a $25 credit to the Campus Food Market. 

Looking to start a new fitness or wellness journey? Did you know that all staff/faculty on campus have access to a subsidized rate to use the on-campus facilities? Join us on a tour of what programming/services and equipment is available to our staff/faculty members and why the Athletic facilities might just be the best fit for you! Attendees of this tour will receive a free day pass for recreation in the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre, including access to the Fitness Centre and / or a fitness class, to use at their convenience!

Looking to learn more about your U of G Guelph campus? Take your break and join our tour guide, Hilary Holmes, U of G Pathways Advisor, for a stroll. Hilary was employed as a U of G campus tour guide from 2012-2015 and has toured hundreds of students and their families. All are welcome, so bring a friend or colleague. The tour will last approximately 60 minutes and go on rain or shine. Most of the tour will be outside, so please remember to dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring your water bottle as needed.

This Employee O-Month, take your break and join us for an hour-long interpretive nature walk through the beautiful arboretum. Please remember to dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring your water bottle as needed. 

How can we achieve a still mind amid the chaos of a new school year? Where do we turn to access the voice of our deepest wisdom?   Take a break and join us for a Classical Yoga class on U of G's historical, beautiful and sprawling Johnston Green.  Everyone is welcome: faculty, staff, students, alumni, visitors and retirees. No experience is required!

Take your break and share what you are grateful for in our U of G community at our Gryph Gratitude Exhibit on World Gratitude Day. Visit us in the UC Courtyard from 10 am - 3pm on September 21st.
