Through the Wellness@Work initiative we are proud to be hosting our fourth annual Healthy Workplace Month at the University of Guelph. The Wellness@Work Programming Committee invites you to take part in some of the fun, free activities to help boost workplace wellness across our institution.
Wellbeing Waterloo Region have designed a 30 day challenge with daily practices challenging barriers to equity. The U of G Wellness@Work Programming Committee encourages you to do this challenge throughout the month of November.
Register for this challenge to receive reminders from Wellness@Work, as well as a calendar invitation for the de-brief session on December 3, 10-11am.

Participate in the Wellness@Work BINGO challenge throughout the month of June. Check off any of the activities that you do and submit your BINGO sheet to wellnessatwork@uoguelph.ca at the end of the month.
Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for a prize!

May 31 is World No Tobacco Day and marks one year since the Guelph campus became a tobacco- and smoke-free space.
