Bring your reusable bag and some cash to the flower and vegetable market on campus every Thursday from 12:30pm - 4:30pm.
Support sustainability by purchasing local produce from the U of G farm!
Smoke-Free Peer Support Group
Drop by to speak with U of G community members and a quit coach to talk about challenges and successes on the road to becoming smoke-free.
Sessions run Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m., Sept. 12 to Oct. 17, in University Centre, Room 442.

Recess League
Do you miss the good old days on the playground? We have the solution for you, Recess League runs weekly with a random sport picked each time inspired by school yard games. Recess League is a great way to have a mental wellness break in the middle of the work or school day!
Examples of sports that are played in Recess League are 3-on-3 Basketball, Kickball, Nerf, Ultimate Frisbee, Scooter Dodge-ball, and so many more!
There is no previous experience required.
Wednesday Walks at the Arboretum
Nature is known to be unpredictable and unexpected, so what awaits us today? Rachel, the Arboretum's Naturalist Intern, leads 1 hour long walks every Wednesday year-round. Walks start at The Arboretum kiosk at 12:15 p.m.
The hike may be cancelled if there is inclement weather. Please check the Arboretum's Facebook and Instagram page for a notice if the weekly walk is cancelled due to weather. For further information contact Sally at scheun06@uoguelph.ca or ext. 52363.

Back by popular demand! John Reinhart, Grounds Manager, will take participants on a noon hour walk to explore different gardens and trees on our campus. Come learn about new plantings, plant problems, botany, history of plantings and more!
