Smoke-Free Campus- Info Session for Leaders

Are you a leader on campus looking for additional guidance on how to support your employees as we transition to a tobacco- and smoke-free campus? Drop by Alexander Hall, for an information session on the Guide for Leaders and ask any questions you may have to members of the Smoke-Free Campus Steering Committee.   Please register in advance.

Better Sleep Program (in-person or online)

This 5 session group program meets once a week to provide information and skills instruction in the cognitive / behavioural techniques which decrease insomnia and promote better, more restful, sleep. For greatest success, daily home practice is very strongly recommended. The next Better Sleep Program meets weekly for five consecutive Tuesdays beginning on May 28th, 2019 from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.  The program ends on June 25, 2019. If you cannot make it in person to the Tuesday evening program, you can do it on-line!

RBC Lunch & Learn: Supporting your Aging Loved Ones

As a loved one’s needs increase, you can suddenly find yourself overextended physically, mentally and even financially. Where can you turn when an aging loved one needs help?
