Join us for a new mental health and physical activity program called Mood Routes. This new program (also known as Mood Walks) is initiated by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health. These walking groups aim to support the mental and physical health of our campus community members by providing them with an opportunity to take a step back from their responsibilities and stresses, engage with their community, and enjoy the healing effects of nature.
In this experiential course, leaders will learn how to engage their teams in collaborative, creative problem solving and decision making. This course is for individuals in a management position and consists of two half-day workshops.
