Yoga scientist Sri Ananda Ji is hosting two free yoga events at U of G in May. An internationally-renowned yogi, he has an M.Sc. in yoga and sees yoga through a scientific lens. “Yoga really has the capacity to change your brain,” he says. With more than 40 years of yoga experience, Sri Ananda Ji developed Ananda Yoga to help the body and mind.
