Flex Fitness Class (Free)

Pilates for All Fitness Levels (Free)

The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, breath, and alignment.  This well-known exercise technique helps participants gain awareness of body alignment while strengthening key core and pelvis muscles to support posture and healthy spinal movement.   Exercises will be modified for any known injuries. At work and at home, we need to negotiate our own needs with those of others.  We have to select between competing priorities and manage overlapping roles.  When we set boundaries assertively, while consulting with key stakeholders before making decisions, we create cooperative relationships. Guided Walk Through the Arboretum

Join Jason every Wednesday at 12:15 as he explores the grounds on a 50 minute hike. It is a wonderful way to explore as spring migrants return and life blooms on The Arboretum grounds. The walk is free.
